Yongfei Zhao, Vice President

Mr. Zhao has seven years of experience in private equity investment and consulting in China.

Mr. Zhao joined CSV in 2006. His responsibilities include identification, analysis, due diligence and management of investments. He is also responsible for structuring of investments and preparing investment-related documents.

Prior to CSV, Mr. Zhao served as Research Manager in the Shanghai office of Frost & Sullivan, a major US market research firm, where he accumulated rich experiences in market research and strategy consulting. His research areas covered the telecommunication, IT, electronics, industrial automation, and automotive industries.

A native of Chongqing, Mr. Zhao holds an MS in E-commerce Engineering in Business Environment from Queen Mary College, University of London, UK; and Dual Bachelor degrees majored in Management Engineering and minored in Telecommunication Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China.

Mr. Zhao is currently a board observer of iTour and Tidalwave. He was previously a director of Roadway (acquired by Dun & Bradstreet).
