Takashi Yanagihara, Senior Advisor

Mr. Yanagihara is a Senior Advisor to CSV and focuses primarily on cross-border Japan-China business development opportunities for CSV’s portfolio companies.

Mr. Yanagihara has more than 26 years’ experience in general management, business development, and marketing, particularly in the IT industry in China, US and Europe. He is currently also a director of FIT-One Holdings, which is dedicated to providing investment/incubation services to IT start-up ventures. Prior to FIT-One, he was a vice president of EC-One China, a software development company, for five years. He has also worked for Mitsubishi Corporation for 20 years, where he was engaged in extensive businesses in IT related fields and served as General Manager of the Shanghai office of Mitsubishi’s IT department for 3 years, from 1999 to 2002.

Mr. Yanagihara has resided continuously in Shanghai since 1998 and speaks fluent Mandarin, English, and Japanese. He received a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from Waseda University.
