Shanghai, China – January 22nd, 2009 – CSV Capital Partners (CSV) today announced the closing of its convertible loan investment in late 2008 in iTour International Holdings Ltd. ("iTour"), a leading Chinese travel services provider based in Guangzhou. The funding will allow iTour to strengthen its brand, enhance its systems and service platforms, and to pursue certain consolidation opportunities.

Having been in operations for over 10 years, iTour has become one of the largest travel services providers in China. It provides both online and offline air ticketing services, hotel reservations and packaged tours to over 3 million individual and corporate clients throughout China every year.
