Josefina Shen, Managing Director

Ms. Shen is a Special Limited Partner of CSV. She assists CSV in fundraising and with the development of its portfolio companies. Ms. Shen has over 15 years of experience across private equity and public market investments in Asia in China, Philippines, Indonesia and Hong Kong.

Ms. Shen is currently General Manager for China for Asia Pacific Land, a real estate private equity company with operations in Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan and China, and assets under management in excess of US$4 billion. She is also a founder of Sky Venture Partners, a boutique advisory firm based in Shanghai. Ms. Shen previously worked at a number of private equity companies during her career, including RimAsia Capital, Newbridge Capital and the Equinox Group, where she was responsible for fundraising, sourcing and executing investment opportunities.

Ms. Shen received an MBA from the Anderson Graduate School of Management, University of California, Los Angeles, where she was also awarded an International Management Fellowship. She also holds a BA in East Asian Studies from Columbia University in New York.
