Jane Chen, Vice President and Chief Representative, Northern China

Ms. Chen has 18 years of experience in private equity investment, investment banking and company operations.

Ms. Chen joined CSV in 2009, responsible for deal sourcing and evaluation, also supporting CSV’s investee companies in their business development activities in Shandong and nearby provinces.

Prior to CSV, Ms. Chen was an Investment Manager at Fang Teng Xin Ye Investment Consulting, a boutique investment and financial advisory firm, where she advised several private companies in their private equity financings.

Before joining Fang Teng Xin Ye, she co-founded Hua Di Hong Run Technology, a software company specializing in ERP integration and development of security systems, GIS and electronic tax systems for the water treatment industry. Ms. Chen also worked previously at Dakai Technology, a software outsourcing company, where she was director for operations.

A native of Chongqing, Ms. Chen received her EMBA degree from Shandong University, and a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Ms. Chen is also a holder of the Securities Practitioners Qualification Certificate of China.
