Yuwei Zhou, Vice President

Mr. Zhou has eight years of experience in private equity investment, consulting and corporate finance.

Mr. Zhou joined CSV in 2007. He is responsible for screening, due diligence, modeling, and structuring of investments. He also works with portfolio companies in financial accounting and internal control areas.

Prior to CSV, Mr Zhou worked as a corporate financial analyst in the finance department of Onewave Technologies (Shanghai) Inc. His main responsibilities included capital budgeting, corporate financial modeling, and internal auditing.

A native of Shanghai, Mr. Zhou received his MBA degree in Finance from Saint Mary’ s University of Canada and Bachelor degree in Arts from Shanghai University. Mr. Zhou got his CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charter in 2006 and also passed the Exam of Qualification of Security Practitioner.

Mr. Zhou is currently a board observer of PepTalk.
