CSV seeks to make equity investments ranging from US$100,000 to US$3 million in size. For larger fundraisings, we can work with our LP investors, who include some of the largest financial institutions in the US and Japan and control over US$100 billion in assets under management. CSV prefers to invest in companies pursuing well-planned and proven business models, benefiting from China's low-cost operating environment and large local market, and are led by trusted executives with proven track records or excellent management skills.

CSV is open to investing in a wide range of industry sectors including the Internet, outsourced services, IC design, wireless, traditional media, energy/environmental, consumer goods/retailing, and the life sciences.
